Chinese Strategic Holdings Limited（8089）, principally engaging in properties investments, securities trading and loan financing, announced to acquire 51% of the entire equity interest of Gold Carpet, the famous O2O Crowdfunding platform in February this year. The Group presumed that the acquisition could provide an opportunity to diversify its business into the crowdfunding industry through the mature platform of Gold Carpet in the sector. To show the importance of the acquisition, a simple but grand signing ceremony has been held. The management of Gold Carpet came to Hong Kong particularly for the ceremony to present the media regarding the future development of the Group along with this opportunity.

Gold Carpet is principally engaged in the provision of economic information consultation services, communication technology consultation services and provision of an equity crowdfunding and mutual development opportunities platform, etc. The consultation services include an innovative Online-to-Offline investment and fundraising promotion service platforms in the PRC with approximately 30,000 investment projects across approximately 50 different industries, enchanting over 300 financial institutions to explore potential investment opportunities.
