Nick Lo

CEO

Nick graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Toronto. Having worked for 3 years with a tech firm in Canada as a programmer, he returned to Hong Kong in 1992 to join the family business – Crystal Investment. Nick built the development team in China from scratch in 1992, and had since taken over the management of the company.

Nick is also a keen entrepreneur and investor in the tech industry. He co-founded “job88.com”, one of the first online recruitment aggregator in China. At the time of his divestment in 2007, the site had over 3 million individual members and 250,000 companies using its service.

Jimmy Woo

CFO

Jimmy obtained his Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Otago, and his Master of Science degree in Project Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Jimmy held management roles at NWS Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties. His senior role started with Kerry Properties, first as Financial Controller of China, and then become the Deputy Director of Finance Operation for the corporate office in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Crystal Investment in 2019, Jimmy was the Financial Controller of Wang On Group, a listed company in Hong Kong actively engaged in real estate investment in China and Hong Kong.

Jimmy holds membership in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Building, and fellowship in CPA Australia, holding dual designations as a CPA and Chartered Construction Manager.
