China 3D Digital Entertainment Limited (stock code: 8078.HK) announced to acquire approximately 81.63% of the issued share capital of HMV M&E Limited, a subsidiary company of AID Partners Technology Holdings Limited (formerly named AID Partners Capital Holdings Limited; stock code:8088.HK), in March 2016. The two companies held a joint press conference in HMV’s Causeway Bay Flagship Store to explain the strategies and future development of their collaboration.
All artists of China 3D Digital had participated in the press conference to show their support to the Company, drawing a wide media attention.
