Y.X is an asset manager that aims to offer community living to target sectors that exhibits strong cohesion – Student, New Graduate, and Mobile Senior. Y.X is currently the largest off-campus student accommodation operator in HK, with close to 1,000 beds offered in 3 en-bloc buildings. Its latest acquisition was a USD 200m hotel acquired in 2022 together with a US Real Estate Fund.
